Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 126 by relocating the easterly houseline of Dover Street and the westerly houseline of Newkirk Street, each from York Street to Cumberland Street, thereby widening said Dover and Newkirk Streets, under certain terms and conditions, including the dedication to the City of the beds of the widened portions of said Dover and Newkirk Streets.
