June 02, 2026 TO THE PRESIDENT AND MEMBERS OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA: I am transmitting for the consideration of your Honorable Body a draft of a Resolution entitled: RESOLUTION Authorizing the Philadelphia Land Bank to dispose of 4152, 4154, and 4220 Viola Street; 4153 and 4157 Leidy Ave; 1703 and 1711 North 42nd Street; and 1129, 1135, and 1137 North 41st Street located in the 3rd Councilmanic District in accordance with the terms of Chapter 16-700 of The Philadelphia Code.
