September 17, 2026 TO THE PRESIDENT AND MEMBERS OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA: I am submitting herewith for the consideration of your Honorable Body the following proposed Ordinance: AN ORDINANCE Authorizing the Sanitation Commissioner and Procurement Commissioner, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to enter into agreements for the collection, transfer and disposal of municipal solid waste, under certain terms and conditions.
