Amending Chapter 12-900 (“Parking Regulations and Penalties”) of The Philadelphia Code to include the Eighth Councilmanic district in the regulation of parking of certain large vehicles, including boats, motor homes, house coaches, house trainers, truck campers, recreational cargo trainer, and recreational trailers, under certain terms and conditions.
