- Amending Title 9 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Regulation of Businesses, Trades and Professions," by revising Chapter 9-4400, entitled "Responsible Business Operations," to add the sale of tobacco in violation of 18 Pa. C.S. ? 6305 to the list of nuisance behaviors, under certain terms and conditions. (250151)
